报告摘要：One knows that unitary representations of Lie algebras play a crucial role in particle Physics. We describe how the concept of unitary Lie superalgebras is induced from the study of unitary representations of Lie supergroups in super- particles. Then we give a characterization of unitary Lie superalgebras by describing compact and reductive Lie superalgebras. This talk is based on a joint work with Karl-Hermann  Neeb.
