报告摘要:This talk is concerned with the evolution of the periodic boundary value problem for a compressible mixture of binary fluids modeled by the Navier-Stokes-Cahn-Hilliard system in one dimensional space. The large time behavior of this system and phase separation process are studied. The solution is proved to be asymptotically stable even for the large initial disturbance of the density and velocity data. We show that the average concentration difference of the two components for the initial state determine the phase separation of the two-phase flow.

报告人简介:施小丁, 博士,北京化工大学理学院教授。1996年于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院博士学位。主要研究流体力学方程组的数学理论,论文发表在CMP, SIAM J. Math. Anal., Indiana Univ. Math. J., Osaka J. Math.等。
