报告题目：Dirichlet Series and Langlands Program

报告摘要：Given a sequence of numbers, one may form a Dirichlet series. The structure of those numbers is detected by the analytical properties of the Dirichlet series. In this lecture, I will explain how the theory of automorphic forms and the Langlands program get deeply involved in the  investigation of such a classical problem.

报告人简介：江迪华，美国明尼苏达大学教授，研究自守表示理论及Langlands纲领的世界著名专家。1994年毕业于俄亥俄州立大学，获得博士学位；先后在伯克利美国国家数学研究所做博士后、耶鲁大学做Gibbs Instructor；曾两度访问普林斯顿高等研究院；2004年晋升为明尼苏达大学正教授；研究工作曾荣获Sloan研究奖、并一直获得美国国家科学基金、美国-以色列共同科学基金的资助；研究结果发表在包括 Annals of Math., Invent. Math., Journal of Amer. Matm. Society, Journal of European Math. Society 等世界著名数学杂志。
